Youth4Governance (Y4G) is an internship program that engages students, universities, and public administrations in leading the drive for more accountable, transparent, and effective governance in Lebanon. Leveraging state-of-the-art technology and Siren's wealth of experience in public sector governance spanning over 15 years, the program provides students with mentorship and training to support their career development as future civil servants and engaged citizens. The program's multidisciplinary approach, encompassing technology, social sciences, and communication, nurtures a diverse network of future change-makers committed to reform. With hands-on experience in driving reform from within the state, participants not only enhance their own professional growth but also leave a lasting impact of fresh energy and innovation in Lebanon's struggling institutions. Furthermore, in empowering young individuals to engage with public administrations and institutions, Y4G ultimately aims to foster a stronger Government-to-Citizen relationship. Two years in, 70 of Lebanon’s brightest young talents have worked on practical projects, gaining valuable skills and experience, and proving that the country’s youth have a key role to play in rebuilding the Lebanese state.
